Facemasks

In the midst of the COVID-19 panic, it's important to remember that COBRA wore facemasks way before it was cool. My Battalion got a supply of masks in, too: they look like someone recycled a bunch of underwear and sewed it back together. I'll stick with my neck gaiter and MOPP-4 kit, thanks. If the regular facemasks work, why do we have to quarantine? And if they don't work, why do we wear them?

One of these days, I'll have to get my platoon in MOPP and run into the PX yelling "23-19!" and "where'd he go!? Which way did he go!?". Hilarious, but probably a good way to get arrested. You win some, you lose some.

And my models get respirators and full-face masks to keep the germs out too! Not because painting eyes on 28mm models is a pain. Not that, at all.... Lord, but I hate painting faces. The stock Scion commanders get swagger sticks to indicate their command ability: this one carries a flag. In the grim darkness of the far future, semaphore still works!

Some of the older objective markers. I really ought to recreate these, they were great fun to make. And, it adds so much to a game when you're fighting to reclaim a badly-wound pilot or a vital comms relay instead of "objective #3: that neon-green token over there".
